Description:

SeaPort-E is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 2000+ SeaPort-E IDIQ multiple award contract holders. SeaPort-E provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Quality Assurance:

Cornerstone Defense recognizes that an effective Quality Management Assurance Program (QMAP) is essential to providing and maintaining a consistent quality of work. This system ensures that we generate the proper communications and work controls for all concerted efforts. Cornerstone Defense is more than capable of meeting all specified requirements and expectations of our customers.

Cornerstone Defense utilizes a proven ISO-9000 tracking tool for quality improvement as we actively work to obtain our ISO-9000 certification.

To successfully accomplish the requirements defined by the customer, our QMAP will cover particular mechanisms that serve as the foundation for all evaluations, including but not limited to management, operations, financial and administrative:
• Sound methodology: Cornerstone Defense utilizes performance and measurement techniques utilizing numerous aspects of Lean process management and Six Sigma analytics.
• Correlation with a process or outcome: Cornerstone Defense strives for a Quality Management Assurance Program (QMAP) that consistently elevates processes and techniques to a higher standard.
• Frequency of measurement: Cornerstone Defense employs quality control reviews as part of our day-to-day operations within our
Quality Management Assurance Program (QMAP) oversight.
