| Demonstrated experience collaborating in multi-functional units and with content partners to create finished learning solutions |
| Demonstrated experience solving complex application development problems |
| Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on product design |
| Demonstrated experience incorporating considerations into design plans such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy |
| Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Experiential Adult Learning, Professional Adult Instruction, or closely related field |
| Demonstrated experience in specialized military instructional design |
| Instructional Design Certification from an accredited institution |
| Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience |
| Demonstrated experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alerts, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products |
| Demonstrated experience in teaching or instructional delivery in a classroom environment |
| Bachelor's Degree in field related to Instructional Design (incl. Education, Business, Science, Engineering, or Liberal Arts) from an accredited institution |
| Master's or Doctorate Degree in field related to Instructional Design (incl. Education, Business, Science, Engineering, or Liberal Arts) from an accredited institution |
