Cornerstone Defense, in partnership with our military, intelligence, and civil government customers, supports U.S. operations worldwide through the use of many different types of intelligence, satellite, and cyber technologies.  Cornerstone’s Intelligence Sector is responsible for the support and the development of products that provide solutions to the United States Government for information collection, operations, exploitation, and dissemination, and research activities.  The Intelligence Sector Specialist  specializes in Software Development, Cloud Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Network Engineering.  Organizations and Agencies in this market include the Military Intelligence, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Provides 24×7 Help Desk support as defined by first response/Tier 1 or Tier 2 support.
  • Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications.
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems.
  • Shift work is required and candidates may be required to respond to after-hours requests as required in a 24 x 7 environment.
  • DoD 8570 Compliance with IAM level 1 is required.
