Job Description:
Leveraging established processes for documenting receipt of customer products, but will also require additional development of the process to further increase efficiency.
Working with tracking mechanisms on multiple systems, saving and migrating customer records, providing status in real time, and ensuring associated documentation is updated and placed within customer’s systems for discoverability, tracking, and retrieval
Assisting the customer’s digitization efforts which will include migrating hardcopy documents to customer’s system, review for data accuracy and destruction of hardcopy
Providing a variety of administrative duties including not limited to the below:
Information Management: Process administrative and personnel paperwork.
The candidate shall support the customer’s front office seniors
Information Management: Implements new administrative support processes
The candidate shall support the customer’s front office seniors
Information Management: Maintains tracking records and filing systems
Office Management: Assists in planning, scheduling, organizing and execution of meetings, conferences, and off-sites.
Finance: Processes travel, training, and POV vouchers
Customer Service: Establishes administrative contacts and professional relationships for networking and liaison across the Agency/IC
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Minimum of 11 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience
Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting enterprise-wide or a large program office with multiple projects
Demonstrated on-the-job experience planning and coordinating program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
Demonstrated on-the-job experience tracking POC assigned to products in review and establish and track expected dates for the critical milestones
Demonstrated on-the-job experience writing about technology to include the risks and opportunities
Demonstrated on-the-job experience identifying necessary process improvements and developing system requirements needed to realize mission requirements
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated on-the-job experience editing, reviewing, or processing White Papers, RFPs, proposals, contracts or other customer-related proprietary documentation
Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting communication skills, both oral and written, as well as making presentations to small audiences
