Here are 4 mission-critical takeaways from the sessions:
1ļøā£ Adoption is the real hurdle. The hardest part of AI isnāt the code; itās culture. Convincing employees that AI is a tool to elevate their workānot replace itāis key.
2ļøā£ Map your bottlenecks. Before deploying new tech, identify your operational friction points. Course-correct early to pave a smooth path for AI integration.
