Title: ELM Technical Manager
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Salary Range: $200 - $220K
This role requires a strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM and its as well as the following diverse skill sets:
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executive leaders, and team members.
Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments.
Ability to translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible
Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications.
Specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance
Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors. Understanding data warehouse theory and concepts. Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
