Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
We are looking for candidates must have at least 11 years' experience plus a bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred. Other requirements are listed below:
Engineering experience supporting a Windows platform environment with the following core MS Windows platforms, services, and tools:
Windows 10 desktop operating system
Wndows 2016 and 2022 server operating systems
Active Directory
Group policy
Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
DNS, DHCP
McAfeee ePolicy Orchestrator (EPO)
MS PowerShell scripting
Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
Basic hardware knowledge including disk formatting and driver installation
Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK)
Windows Pre-Installation Environment (WinPE)
MS Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP)
