Responsibilities

  • Create, track and maintain detailed project schedules for development efforts
  • Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
  • Track project activities and team communication.
  • Participate in program meetings, coordinate meetings, and prepare and / or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Responsible for software project planning and development oversight.
  • Work with other IC members to gather system / project requirements and develop and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate, test, and document available technologies against requirements.
  • Document white papers, user guides, installation procedures, status reports, test plans and procedures, security authorization artifacts such as; Privileged User Guides, Configuration Management Plan documents, and Security Concept of Operations Documents if required.
  • Understand agile methodologies for software engineering projects.
  • Must be able to develop in  Python and Pearl.  JavaScript, PHP and other languages is a plus.
  • Must have a strong Web technology background (HTML5, etc.)
  • Must have experience using Jira and GitLab

Required Experience

  • At least 7 years as a Systems Engineering and Project Management
  • Experience with MS Projects, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with documenting technical guides.
  • Experience with documenting requirements and evaluating products.

Qualifications:

  • Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows. Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
