We had over 13,000 applicants this year (even we’re surprised by that number! 😲). Of those, more than 7,000 were eligible—cleared and ready to support the mission. 🌎 Applicants came from over 3,000 cities across the country, bringing with them a rich tapestry of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives—including a strong representation of veterans and diverse communities. 🇺🇸🌍 And here’s the kicker: 80% of those who interviewed were hired—because when we meet the right people, we know it. 💼✨

🎨✨ At the 20th Annual National Business Leadership Conference last month, a few of our Cornerstone ladies got creative in a breakout workshop that connected art to leadership!
From painting at the tables to exploring how leadership styles — democratic, visionary, transformational — can be seen like different art styles 🖌️👩🎨, the energy was inspiring and full of color. Our attendees were truly motivated and had SO much fun 💡💃. Leadership never looked this vibrant! 🌈🙌

🎶 “Glimmers of Resilience” In our latest newsletter, we explored resilience from the lens of Virginia Blair, our Director of Marketing and Operations. And not just resilience, as a buzzword, but as a lived experience.
