Title: Enterprise IT Training Specialist

1. Create and maintain the resources necessary (including but not limited to Training Plans, Training Materials, and User Guide) to ensure the successful training of Customer personnel, OGAs, and/or contractors for the following areas: Customer Automated Systems, Information Review and Release, Records Information Management Program, and Classification Management as required by the Customer.
2. Deliver an updated User Guide, to include the associated on-line help version, for each release for Customer Automated Systems as directed by the Customer.
3. Provide classroom and individual training as required by the Customer.
4. Develop training schedule, manage enrollment, and document attendance in accordance with Customer processes.
5. Provide training to Customer and OGAs to include coordination of training dates, locations, and administrative matters as required by Customer.
6. Create test and production system user accounts for all individuals scheduled to receive training, as required by the Customer.
7. Prepare necessary data for Customer Automated Systems as required by Customer.
8. Conduct training needs assessment(s) as required by Customer.
9. Provide classification training to Customer's workforce as required by the Customer.
10. Provide Materials, and User Guide to ensure the successful training of Customer personnel, OGAs, and/or
11. contractors for the following areas: Customer Automated Systems, Information Review and Release, Records Information Management Program, and Classification Management as required by the Customer.
