Job Description:
Coordinating with stakeholders on financial taskings
• Preparing and delivering executive level presentations to senior leadership on the program’s
financial status during program management reviews
• Providing input to leadership on business process improvements
• Developing spend plans and allocating and executing funds according to spending priorities
• Working closely with project managers to define requirements and justify financial needs
• Analyzing the program’s execution and tracking expenditures against available budget
• Providing regular status updates to leadership on the financial status and recommending
solutions and strategies
• Gathering information for, and tracking BCR packages and Economy Act Transfers
• Being actively involved in document and quality control”
