Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 to 20+ years of relevant professional experience; candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable.
Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
For level 5: at least 2 total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS) or 4 years worth of TDY experience
Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application
Desired qualifications:
Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
Formal CI training and/or certifications
Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
Foreign languages skills

Core responsibilities of the position include:
Provide expertise security advice and assistance to customer, industrial partners and vendors.
Provide security education of contractor security officers and other contract personnel on proper procedures for protecting classified information and material. This entails the inspection and accreditation of contractor facilities based on ICD 705 and/or NISPOM requirements, and monitoring contractor compliance with contractual security requirements, national standards, and policy guidance.
Create and maintain appropriate security documentation, such as program security plans, program protection plans, and CONOPS. Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining program security processes, security manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Work with various customers components to ensure timely approvals, accreditation’s, etc.; synthesizing security requirements, advising on viability of alternate approaches.
Investigate security incidents.
Support employees through the clearance process.
Develop documents for new compartmented programs.
Create briefing materials and provide security awareness training.
Required experience:
Minimum 12 years experience performing full range of PSO functions for national security programs and/or relevant industry security experience/certifications.
Working knowledge of the NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and Executive Orders, to ensure security compliance
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and in small dynamic teams often under time-constraints
Experience supporting compartmentalized programs
Possess basic understanding of COMSEC functions
Preferred Proficient writing official reports
US government issued Top Secret security clearance required at time of application
