Collaborate to define a future customer experience-led vision for the business, and required capabilities to deliver it. Assess the impact and contribute to the business case. Conduct business analysis and opportunity modeling through stakeholder interviews and customer experience touchpoint design. Lead customer-centric strategy focused project streams and pitches. Ensure alignment with defined business goals throughout the service design process and the creation of services roadmaps. Interpret customer needs to effectively communicate and present service strategies. Inform Go To Market strategy for experiences to maximize value.
A creative problem solver and design leader, skilled in the team sport of crafting solutions that are smart, simple and lovable. You analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Expertly apply complex user interface & interaction design principles. Guide persona, archetype, or mindset development, user journey/flow creation, task analysis, and information architecture creation. Define & guide the planning, execution, & synthesis of user research and usability testing, and ensure research translates into meaningful ideation and actionable recommendations.
| Required: · 5-8+ years experience delivering interface design solutions for clients · 5+ Years experience demonstrating proficiency or expertise in relevant professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (with an emphasis on XD), InVision, and more. · 5+ years experience with user research and usability testing · Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including facilitation of small to large groups (5-30+ people) · Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices and approach · Expertise with Agile methodology and ability to work in iterative product design cycles · Bachelor’s degree Desired: · Experience using scrappy design tools like paper and slides · Background in Software Engineering or familiarity with custom development practices to effectively communicate with a highly technical, multidisciplinary team · Experience delivering design products across multiple networks · Experience leading teams of designers/creatives (3-7+ people) · Ability to translate user research findings into design requirements and design deliverables |

Description:
The Systems / Business Analyst supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints. Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication. Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation. Description:
The Full Stack Software Developer works with the Lead Engineer to deliver a completed software solution. Developers help with design and then implements all levels of the solution: data layer, application code, user interface. Working with Lead Engineer on Design and coding and delivering APIs and integrations with other software systems and databases. Developers will have experience in the following: Delivering the design and development of software applications. Programming/coding from the data layer through the application layer, through the user interface. Decomposing functional requirements into technical specifications and tasks. Software development and maintenance tools and languages such as Java, C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript libraries, HTML, etc. Database and data management and analytics technologies, such as SQL, XML, Python, R, etc. Developing and maintaining unit test scripts. Developing APIs and web services for integration between system and data sets.
Required:
· Application layer programming languages (e.g. Java, C#)
· Database / data layer experience (e.g. SQL, unstructured data, Python, R, data management and analytics tools)
· Front end development skills (e.g. modern javascript frameworks, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, etc.)
· Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
· Experience in Agile / Scrum

| Position Description: | Security Control Accessor Location: Tysons Core Hours: 9 am – 3 pm Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Evaluates the security controls within network systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend actions to correct problems working either alone or as part of a team.
