  1. (U) Develop tailored, multi- and single- purpose technical and communications solutions according to the Sponsor’s technical and operational requirements; all designs require approval from Sponsor.
  2. (U) Ensure each new development or enhancement meets agreed upon performance service level agreements (SLAs) for system up time, users, recovery, and additional operational security benchmarks as determined by Sponsor.
  3. (U) Fully describe, document, and store on Sponsor’s systems, bespoke network architecture and interfaces, as well as any and all other bespoke technical solutions.
  4. (U) Monitor bespoke network to provide status, such as security or availability, to include a resolution plan in the event of intrusion or outage.
  5. (U) Comply with the Sponsor’s Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) to ensure that the program addresses and mitigates vulnerabilities and risks identified throughout the lifecycle of the project.

3.1 (U) Other responsibilities:

  1. (U) Operate and maintain the Sponsor’s bespoke network infrastructure as required within the scope of this effort.
  2. (U) Maintain, including any and all required approvals, for the Sponsor’s bespoke operational networks.
  3. (U) Ensure bespoke networks are A&A assessed via the Sponsor’s approved methods no later than every 24 months.
  4. (U) Develop and execute a response plan, with Sponsor coordination, to any findings from assessments.
  5. (U) Coordinate stakeholder engagements, such as user requirements sessions.
  6. (U) Implement changes and deliver development requirements as requested by Sponsor.
  7. (U) Document on Sponsor’s systems and, when and where possible, collaborate on, third-party technical and communications solutions under Sponsor review, and to validate the Sponsor’s requirements
  8. (U) Ensure proper review and approval of all (proprietary, third party, or otherwise) technical and communications solutions via Sponsor’s approved methods and by various governance bodies.
  9. (U) Take ownership to deploy and operate and maintain Sponsor-approved third party technical and communications solutions.
  10. (U) Conduct routine analysis on all-source information and environmentals of topical interest to Sponsor.
  11. (U) Perform due diligence research on any and all technology products and companies with which the Sponsor uses in solutions or conducts business with.
  12. (U) Provide effective communication (oral and written) to external stakeholders and partners, including working collaboratively and effectively in fast-paced environment.
