As an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter at Cornerstone Defense, you’ll have the opportunity to jumpstart your career by building relationships, curating talent pipelines, and learning the ins and outs of the recruiting process. We’re seeking an energetic, motivated individual who’s eager to explore the fast-paced world of government contracting. In this role, you’ll be mentored by industry experts, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable insights into technical recruiting, resource management, and the unique demands of defense contracting.

 

You’ll work closely with our Service Delivery team, connecting top-tier talent with mission-critical roles that support national security. Your efforts will directly influence our growth, culture, and success in delivering cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various government contracting roles.
  • Identify and engage highly skilled professionals through creative sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and social media.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and ensure that top-quality candidates are selected.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and compliance requirements for government contracting.
