As a SAS Visualization Developer, you will:

Evolve software architecture to meet changes in product requirements.
Participate in all steps of the continuous development lifecycle – including design, development, and testing.
Provide support of the product to internal customers.
Collaborate with team members to implement innovative approaches to real world problems.

Required Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of experience working on large complex software products as a developer.
Proficiency in both server (Java / Go) and client (React / TypeScript) technologies.
Good experience in working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Demonstrated experience of Agile development practices and tools such as GITLAB.
Demonstrated experience CI/CD and associated tools like Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Linux commands, etc.
Experience developing on the SAS Viya 4 platform
Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to resolve user questions through a combination of independent study, investigative programming, and especially collaborative efforts with team members
Platform administration experience with SAS 9 or Viya or similar architecture
SAS Certifications
Experience with automation development in Python.
Experience with API development.
Experience working with cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); Azure / AWS / GCP / OpenShift infrastructure experience
Knowledge of file system security
Knowledge of TCP/IP and networks
Familiarity with advanced web technologies including web authentication, DAV, TLS/SSL, web services, and SOAP
