Title: Senior Program Integrator

Cornerstone Defense, in partnership with our military, intelligence, and civil government customers, supports U.S. operations worldwide through the use of many different types of intelligence, satellite, and cyber technologies.  Cornerstone’s Intelligence Sector provides solutions to the United States Government for information collection, operations, exploitation and dissemination, and research activities. Our Team specializes in software development, cloud architecture, systems and network engineering, systems integration, agile management, as well as targeting operations and intelligence analysis. Our support to our mission customers includes cyber network operations, exploitation and defense, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and critical missions and networks. 

The Customer within a new Mission Center is seeking technical support and assistance with maintaining multiple technology-focused initiatives.  These efforts will advance high-priority technology goals for the Customer.  The candidate will provide a total system integration perspective for its Tech Priority Programs, including support to Customer personnel in establishing cross-community relationships and supporting governance practices for complex programs.  S/he will develop plans, presentations, and reports on various projects.  S/he will develop methodologies and conduct mission area data calls, analyze results, and prepare briefings for staff use.  Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

  • Develop program documentation such as planning documents, talking points, briefings, highlights, goals, roadmaps, and schedules.
  • Document meeting results and track action items and program requirements or needs.
  • Develop briefings such as project overviews or charts required for ad-hoc meetings.
  • Coordinate project events such as monthly VTC’s, quarterly off sites, and conferences.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain communication mechanisms for the program.

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least four years of work experience.
  • Successful experience supporting the Customer, especially cross-directorate support.
  • Self-starter with an attitude of taking initiative.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and coordinating stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence; the ability to interact with senior government and corporate leadership on a routine basis.
  • Experience drafting talking points, briefings, and other program artifacts.
  • Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:
 

  • Familiarity with customer communication mechanisms, to include cable databases.
  • Familiarity with customer organizational structure and processes.
  • Technical background in, and passion for, one of the four priority areas:  Microelectronics, BioTech, Advanced Computing, Next Gen Comms.
