Mission: We are looking for a Software Developer who thrives at the intersection of process and code. In this role, you won’t just be “fixing tickets”—you’ll be architecting the digital workflows that keep our mission moving. You will work within a high-velocity team to transform complex functional requirements into elegant, automated business logic.
Required Technical Background:
Languages: JavaScript (Essential), HTML5, CSS3, XML
Primary Platform: ServiceNow (Experience in Appian, Jira Service Management, or Power Automate is highly transferable)
Integration: REST/SOAP APIs,
Frameworks: ITIL Framework
What You’ll Do:
Build & Automate: Develop and maintain end-to-end workflows, custom forms, business logic, and UI policies that streamline enterprise operations.
Collaborate: Work under the guidance of a Technical Team Lead to hit roadmap milestones, while partnering with Functional Analysts to turn “vague ideas” into “unit-tested reality.”
Integrate: Design and implement APIs to ensure our automation platform plays nicely with the rest of the enterprise ecosystem.
Refine: Participate in peer reviews, conduct unit testing, and lead demos to showcase new features to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
JavaScript (Angular) Mastery: Strong experience scripting within a workflow automation environment (ServiceNow is preferred, but we value expertise in similar low-code/pro-code platforms).
