This position requires an experienced Interactive and Web-Based Services (User
Experience or UX) with excellent communication skills that will be responsible for gathering and documenting customer website needs and developing a new web environment. The officer will also migrate existing legacy content from an on-premises system into a cloud-based content management system. This administrator will establish templates to accommodate the content migration and provide standardization for individual department landing pages. This administrator will gather design options and provide proposals for front office review and approval, followed by development of the new inter (open)/intra (closed) website for CIMC. This officer will create and document administrative steps to assist departments with managing their own content in the future.
