3.5 CYBER SECURITY
Investigate virus, malware alerts, and incidents to determine root cause, entry point of code, damage risk, and report this information immediately to the Sponsor.
 Investigate and analyze all data sources, to include Internet, Sponsor Community reporting, security events, firewall logs, forensic hard-drive images, and other data sources to identify malware, misuse, unauthorized activity or other cyber security related concerns and report this immediately to the Sponsor.
Monitor, document, and respond to centrally collected virus alerts and immediately notify Sponsor.
 Participate in project review meetings and provide technical cyber security guidance.
Conduct tier-3 support of infrastructure.
Design, test, and integrate new security products as directed by GTM.

Job Description 
The Sponsor provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data. The Sponsor requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used by the Sponsor’s organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics. Work will include implementing configuration and customization of the platform to address the business needs of the Sponsor’s organization, as well as assisting the Sponsor in establishing governance and change management. The Team will implement the full software development lifecycle to support the development of custom workflows in the ServiceNow platform and have a good understanding of the Sponsor’s ServiceNow business needs. They will implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet the Sponsor’s mission requirements, be responsible for administration of the ServiceNow front-end, and provide O&M for the ServiceNow front-end. They will also define data tables and business logic in the ServiceNow platform; provide administration of ServiceNow user roles, groups and permissions; and support data transformation activities to load information into the ServiceNow platform. The team will manage the migration of update sets to sub-prod and prod environments, troubleshoot production problems related to the ServiceNow platform, and provide ServiceNow integration support with external systems and data sources. They will also provide development support to applications that will interface with the ServiceNow platform to ensure a seamless integration and work with a team to develop and deploy custom workflows, including the Sponsors project manager, systems engineer(s), system architect(s) and system integrator(s).
