3.5 CYBER SECURITY
Investigate virus, malware alerts, and incidents to determine root cause, entry point of code, damage risk, and report this information immediately to the Sponsor.
 Investigate and analyze all data sources, to include Internet, Sponsor Community reporting, security events, firewall logs, forensic hard-drive images, and other data sources to identify malware, misuse, unauthorized activity or other cyber security related concerns and report this immediately to the Sponsor.
Monitor, document, and respond to centrally collected virus alerts and immediately notify Sponsor.
 Participate in project review meetings and provide technical cyber security guidance.
Conduct tier-3 support of infrastructure.
Design, test, and integrate new security products as directed by GTM.
Ensure all network defense capabilities are kept current, patched, and securely configured and management informed of status.
4.3.3 Lead Cyber Security Engineer
The Contractor shall provide a Lead Cyber Security Engineer who serves as a POC to the Sponsor regarding the entire ARS system to include the security architecture that encompasses advanced cloud-based security controls to protect sensitive information, applications, databases, physical servers, and network security, and accreditation of all applications and infrastructure.

Job Description 
The Sponsor provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data. The Sponsor designs, develops, tests, integrates and deploys solutions for critical requirements. The current solution is at the end of life stage, therefore new solutions need to be developed and incorporated; new and innovative technologies utilized to successfully meet the user requirements. The goal of the Sponsor is to design and deliver an enterprise-level system with a modular, segmented architecture that can support both large scale and small scale solutions in order to meet the requirements across a broad range of applicable use cases.   1. Description:  The Agile Systems Integrator will support the client’s mission goals and strategic objectives providing strategic planning, business planning, program increment and release train planning support to the program.  The candidate will use the Agile Framework and provide leadership to a portfolio of projects within the client’s mission space through design, implementation, and testing.   

 
Specific duties include:

Title: Configuration Management Expert
Location: Chantilly, VA

  1. Description: The successful Configuration Manager (CM) will create, update and maintain configuration documentation of new and existing systems. The CM will innovate and look for new methods to migrate data from system to system. He/she will ensure that systems and services are consistently documented as they are developed, delivered, and maintained in a way that meets Customer’s expectations and industry best practices. The CM will work with system owners/developers to identify areas that lack system documentation and configuration standards and propose opportunities to improve current processes. The CM will also identify, baseline, version control and audit system documentation.

Duties include: 
Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure that all new and existing technologies are documented and baselined
Communicating with the Customer, including contractors and other external parties, to gather information about their configuration needs
Develop new configuration management methods and/or tools
Prepare configuration documentation and manage items
Analyze any issues with documentation of the configurations items and propose solutions
Assist in the migration of data between various systems (JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Databases, Document Repositories, Microsoft tools, etc…)
Assist in migrating Microsoft Excel worksheet data to other systems
Assist the Customer in performing system integration activities

  1. Description:   Work with mission partners to gather needs and prepare those needs for funding approval. This will require technical understanding and continuous communications between several stakeholders.  Work with the Systems Engineering team to document the needs and create artifacts for funding determination. Once approved, will stay engaged with the development team to communicate updates to the mission partners and ensure their needs are being accurately addressed.   Be the focal point for multiple mission requirement requests.  Provides feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Working as expert, will conduct research and evaluate technical performance of software products and overall segments and systems.  Ensure products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods.

Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements. This includes reviews of test plans/procedures and ensuring requirements verification/validation.
Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.
Ensure the operational readiness of products before their deployments
Provide operational input into product development
Ensure that all equipment, documentation, etc. is complete and available prior to testing start
Write test plans
Work with the team to ensure testing coverage
Collect and work with the development teams to resolve any issues found before or during testing
Prepare results briefings
Present briefings to management
Review technical documentation (Product guides, Quick Start guides) and identify discrepancies
Work with the product team to improve the documentation
Attend product demos

Our Team specializes in software development, cloud architecture, systems and network engineering, systems integration, agile management, as well as targeting operations and intelligence analysis. Our support to our mission customers includes cyber network operations, exploitation and defense, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and critical missions and networks. 

Work Requirement:
The Sponsor relies on a variety of software capabilities to perform its duties. The Sponsor requires support specializing in SharePoint administration to manage day-to-day activities of the Sponsor’s SharePoint infrastructure. Work will include performing SharePoint administration, enhancements, Maintenance and Operations (O&M) tasks, and providing ad-hoc user support. Project priorities shall be managed by the Sponsor’s Information Technology (IT) Leader or designate.

Work Requirement: The Contractor shall work closely with the Sponsor for work prioritization. The Contractor shall execute SharePoint tasks as necessary to maintain the Sponsor’s environment in accordance with overall enterprise support. The Contractor shall comply with Sponsor requirements or IT best practices. The Contractor shall provide a full range of SharePoint support assistance. The Contractor shall perform SharePoint administration and system upgrade duties as needed. The Contractor shall interact with end users to troubleshoot issues, gather and elucidate requirements, explaining end user procedures and techniques either in person or over the phone to users. The Contractor shall interact with Sponsor’s staff and contractors, and participate in vendor support meetings in order to resolve issues. The Contractor shall comply with IT enterprise oversight requirements. The Contractor shall perform all necessary functions required to maintain the Sponsor’s SharePoint application.

The Sponsor provides basic, advanced, leadership, and specialized tradecraft training to students around the world.  The Sponsor is responsible for designing activities, online tools, courses, and course materials for a community-wide client base.  The Sponsor designs, supports, and implements superior learning programs intended to foster greater understanding and cooperation across the organization and complimentary groups. Priorities will be managed by the Sponsor’s Project Manager (PM), Deputy PM, and GTM.  The Contractor Team will interface directly with the Sponsor’s PM, Deputy PM, and GTM.

Scope: The Sponsor requires an integrated web development team that will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction and assessment related to adult learning solutions.  Learning solutions may include but are not limited to: graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), and other artifacts to support online, blended, and face-to-face training.  Development efforts will facilitate the Sponsor’s mission to support training.
