The Sponsor has an engineering requirement to develop and support a hardened cloud environment that will house Human Language Technology (HLT) software. The Systems Administrator will provide engineering support to perform Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on a cloud environment and monitor performance, install patches and upgrades, and troubleshoot outages. They will provide infrastructure support to accommodate any new software capabilities that the Sponsoring office develops and support the Sponsor’s certification and accreditation efforts in coordination with security staff, software vendors, cloud service providers and other stakeholders. The Systems Administrator will also collect and provide supporting artifacts for certification and accreditation efforts and monitor the infrastructure and make adjustments to optimize performance, anticipate issues, and manage vulnerabilities.

The Software Developer will support or create databases to connect to applications, as necessary. The individual in this role will ensure user interface guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product. The Sponsor’s main objective is to leverage Sponsor and Sponsor Partner resources and manage customer expectations; working across all levels of management, other branches and services providers to define requirements, develop schedules, and mange project plans.    The Sponsor is looking for experienced IT project management resource to provide project management support to ensuring IT solutions are delivered and implemented on time and within budget.    The Sponsor requires a highly technical IT Program Manager that will perform all aspects of project management including project initiation, creation of project plan and schedule, conduct Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM), documentation, and interact with stakeholders. The individual in this role will perform overall management of the specific IT projects and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.  They will work with all levels of management, Sponsor’s divisions and branches, facilities, and service providers to define, accurately capture requirements, develop schedules and plans to include risk management plan, develop security related documentation, and manage project from project initiation to completion. The Sponsor provides development support to enable mission by delivering products and services to collect, analyze and manipulate data. The Sponsor requires support specializing in software development to provide development and operations and maintenance (O&M) support to a ServiceNow platform used by the Sponsor’s organization to track requests, tasks, and metrics. Work will include implementing configuration and customization of the platform to address the business needs of the Sponsor’s organization, as well as assisting the Sponsor in establishing governance and change management.  The Team will implement the full software development lifecycle to support the development of custom workflows in the ServiceNow platform and have a good understanding of the Sponsor’s ServiceNow business needs. They will implement and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet the Sponsor’s mission requirements, be responsible for administration of the ServiceNow front-end, and provide O&M for the ServiceNow front-end. ​Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees are preferred with a minimum of eleven (11) year’s relevant experience with the following skillsets:
Serve as part of a software development team to deliver automated solutions for standard network services support of a large IT infrastructure project. 
Must have hands – on programming and scripting experience in Python with 5 to 7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years on network automation
Must be a self-starter that can lead complex automation projects and guide junior developers
Experience operating in a CI/CD/DevOps/Agile fast paced environment
Experience in network automation tools Ansible and Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO)
Experience in Development of automated testing scripts with integration to a CI/CD pipeline with Python PyATS or similar testing framework and Jenkins
Experience in developing data models and understanding of Yang
Exposure to Cisco IOS, IOS XR. NX –OS and Junos operating systems desired

1+ years working in AWS C2S
2+ years' experience participating in agile activities.
Infrastructure as a code language (Ansible, Puppet, or chef as examples)
Eclipse developmental duties Git Hub, Dev Ops, Java and Python.
Candidate should have experience in security review of applications and infrastructure.
2+ Years' experience participating in agile activities.
3+ years of RECENT Java or Python or .Net experience
3+ years of RECENT Database Administration (oracle or MYSQL) experience
Research new technologies in object-oriented programming.
Experience in Cloud based services.
Works well in an engineering team environment with other teammates who varied skills levels.
Ability to mentor others
