Job Description: Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows. Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with all facets of Java Development: Expert experience of Java SE 8 technologies and APIs, Advanced experience developing enterprise solutions with Java EE, frameworks, build tools, version control systems, and continuous integration tools. GIT/Maven, Significant experience with Spring MVC
2+ years of experience: Webservices, XML/JSON, Oracle Database design and PL/SQL, Oracle VLDBs, Oracle Coherence

The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components
