PM role that requires someone with proven experience leading teams that are charged with implementing cross domain solutions that support requirements of varying complexity in addition to planning and managing the coordinated effort of a team of different stakeholders, information technology, and related technical professionals, to include personnel from different organizations with competing interests (e.g., customer, cross domain governing bodies, hosting facility, and technology provider).
In addition to running the Project Management Framework throughout each of the projects. Their technical familiarity should be in infrastructure should have an understanding of storage, networks, data center, and platform (OS) services. They will need to have a holistic view of the project and the technical intra-dependencies among the project. Help bring the technical staff together on project to fill gaps and communicate openly to get things done.

The individual in this role will architect applications and service migrations into a virtual Amazon Web Services environment. The Systems Engineer will track new requirements and break them down into actionable tasks for the development team while supporting group level architecture discussions surrounding development and integration of data lake.
Additionally, the individual in this position will be responsible for implementing efficiencies in the transfer and transitioning of data associated with project tools and applications and must be comfortable briefing senior management on high priority work items.
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar or 6 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role
• Ability to integrate COTS, GOTS, and custom software into an enterprise solution for data management or knowledge management with appropriate security and monitoring measures
• Knowledge of customer security controls and their implementation on enterprise tools
• Ability to track and manage customer needs with an enterprise work/requirement tracking tool
• Experience working with customers to prioritize needs across a large set of stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
• Amazon certification(s) and hands on experience in an AWS environment
• Knowledge of the data lifecycle and data management best practice

Understanding relational databases including the use of MySQL and/ or Oracle for designing
database schemas
Basic knowledge of Linux
Experience with PKI including creating and deploying certificates
Experience with C2S/AWS and understanding of fundamentals for EC2, VPC, and S3.
Understanding of REST services and HTTP
Experience with DevOps using tools like Jenkins
Desired Qualifications:
Developing middle tier software using Spring Boot
Experience with Amazon AWS Java API

CIT is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of CDEP Software Developer on our
team in Chantilly, VA. The Senior ETL-focused developer will need to have the ability to understand, develop,
