Description/Responsibilities:
The CIRT Incident Handler on this agency-level Cyber Security support contract performs the following duties:
• Performs actions in response to identified cyber intrusions
• Determines appropriate course of action in response to identified cyber security incidents or anomalous network activity
• Performs advanced analysis to include forensic seizures of hardware, malware triage and dynamic analysis, and determination of the scope of compromise during a cyber incident
* Communicates with stakeholders and leaders to ensure incidents are managed appropriately
* Acts as incident command during small scale incidents and cyber response subject matter expert during large scale incidents
• Recommend enterprise countermeasures based on incident trends
• Prepares detailed recommendations for network defense improvements to close or mitigate incidents

Process transactions in accordance with Federal Reserve Banking and finance laws
Identify financial discrepancies in customer accounts
Process financial transactions and prepare vouchers to include entitlements and invoices
Certify availability and accountability of funds as well as entitlements for payment of claims and invoices
Utilize extensive knowledge of appropriation and finance laws
Analyze and prepare reports to guarantee contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines
Perform cost and schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Prepare financial inputs for internal reports and presentations
Perform program financial analyses and provide both external and internal reporting
Serve as the voice of client to deliver mission requirements
Define and produce documentation for status and tracking
Manage reach-back on operations and technology needs based on policies
Collaborate with Client to establish process and implementation strategies

• Experience managing requirements for a large organization
• Able to learn quickly on the job
• Translating and simplifying complicated business and financial topics for variety of audiences
• Strong knowledge of using client internal capabilities: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint
• BS 12-15, MS 10-13. Phd 10+; additional experience can be accepted in lieu of degree
Title: Configuration Management Expert
Location: Chantilly, VA
Duties include:
Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure that all new and existing technologies are documented and baselined
Communicating with the Customer, including contractors and other external parties, to gather information about their configuration needs
Develop new configuration management methods and/or tools
Prepare configuration documentation and manage items
Analyze any issues with documentation of the configurations items and propose solutions
Assist in the migration of data between various systems (JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Databases, Document Repositories, Microsoft tools, etc…)
Assist in migrating Microsoft Excel worksheet data to other systems
Assist the Customer in performing system integration activities

Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements. This includes reviews of test plans/procedures and ensuring requirements verification/validation.
Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.
Ensure the operational readiness of products before their deployments
Provide operational input into product development
Ensure that all equipment, documentation, etc. is complete and available prior to testing start
Write test plans
Work with the team to ensure testing coverage
Collect and work with the development teams to resolve any issues found before or during testing
Prepare results briefings
Present briefings to management
Review technical documentation (Product guides, Quick Start guides) and identify discrepancies
Work with the product team to improve the documentation
Attend product demos
